《新学期，新气象》

跨入了贵阳为明国际学校的大门，初一的新同学们又迈出自己迅速成长的一步。初中不是小学的简单继续，而是一种转折和爬坡。为了让同学们迈好初中第一步，为此今天我给同学们提出四点希望和建议：

一、重新定位，打造自己

在初中这个新起点上，首先要重新定位自己，调整好心态。也许你是踌躇满志地来到新学校，但新集体里人才济济，以前出色的你不再拔尖，但你千万要记住：不能就此心灰意冷、一蹶不振，我们要用不懈的努力一点点证明自己。也许你在小学时表现一般，入学成绩比别人低，但不能就此盲目断定自己不行而自暴自弃，过去不代表未来，新的竞争才刚刚开始。

二、课程增加，改变学法

第一要主动适应老师的授课方式。中学老师往往集中讲解难点、要点，并且讲过就不再重复。我们要主动适应老师的授课方式，包括语音、板书、思路、要求以及某些教学习惯。想做到这一点有两个诀窍：一是预习，预习是把第二天的功课尽可能看懂，并找出不懂的地方，在课堂上做为重点听，这可以提高我们的听课效率。二是多请教，主动把自己的学习状况向老师介绍。第二要制订科学的学习计划。三要注意摸索适合自己的学法。在初中阶段学习方法的重要性体现的尤为突出，因为学习的难度加深、灵活性加大，不能单凭死记、死学，要讲究记忆的方法，注意对知识的消化和理解。

三、学会适应学会交往

到了初中人际交往范围发生了较大变化，大家来自不同学校，彼此陌生，这时很多人会感到孤独，想念过去的同学，这都是正常的心态。要摆脱这种不良状态，就要积极主动去熟悉新的班级和同学。初来乍到，也许一个熟人也没有，你会感到孤立无援，但想一想大家不都一样吗，都没有朋友又都渴望交友，我们可以主动一些，大胆和同学搭话，热情为班级做事，越来越融入这个新集体，朋友多了起来，陌生感自然会逐渐消失。

四、以新的行为规范要求自己

到了中学阶段，许多行为规范发生了变化。一进入中学校门，你就要认真学习《中学生行为规范》，知道作为一名中学生，该做什么，不该做什么，能做什么，不能做什么，努力进行行为规范的训练。

同学们，养成良好习惯，迈好中学生活第一步很重要。生活就是一方沃土，你播种什么，就会收获什么：播下一种心态，收获一种思想；播下一种思想，收获一种行动；播下一种行动，收获一种习惯；播下一种习惯，收获一种命运。希望所有初一新同学在学校老师的帮助下，我们才能够成为“德才兼备”。谢谢大家！

Dear teachers and students,

Good morning, everyone!

After entering the gate of Guiyang Weiming International School, the new students in Grade One of Junior High School have taken a step forward in their own rapid growth. Junior high school is not a simple continuation of primary school, but a turning and climbing. In order to let the students take the first step in junior high school, today I give four hopes and suggestions to my classmates.

First, repositioning and building ourselves.

Maybe you come to the new school with great ambition, but there are plenty of talented people in the new group. Maybe you were in elementary school and did worse than others, but you can't blindly conclude that you can't do it and abandon yourself. The past doesn't represent the future. New competition is just beginning.

Two, increase courses, change learning methods

First, we must take the initiative to adapt to the teacher's teaching methods. Middle school teachers often focus on difficulties and points, and they never repeat them. We should take the initiative to adapt to the teacher's teaching methods, including pronunciation, blackboard writing, ideas, requirements and certain teaching habits.

Three, learn to adapt to the association.

By junior high school interpersonal communication scope has changed greatly, we come from different schools, strangers, at this time many people will feel lonely, miss the past classmates, this is a normal state of mind. To get rid of this unhealthy state, we must take the initiative to familiarize ourselves with the new classes and classmates. You may feel lonely and helpless when you first come here without an acquaintance, but think of everyone else, who has no friends and is eager to make friends. Four, ask for yourself in the new code of conduct.

It is very important for students to form good habits and to take the first step in middle school life. Life is a fertile land, and what you sow, you reap: a state of mind, a thought; a thought, an action; an action, a habit; a habit, a destiny. I hope all the new students will be able to be "both integrity and ability" with the help of our school teachers. Thank you!

校长嘉奖令：

获得本周校长嘉奖的是来自高三级部的两个学习小组。来自高三1班的这几位同学，他们在高三伊始给自己的学习小组改了一个有趣的名字——“不过一本线不是为明人”，组长:赵若彤，组员有王继丰，高懿，陈泽显，刘宛欣，卢娟。

下面是她们的小组誓言：

为圆大学梦，齐聚为明楼，为扫拦路虎，组队再出发；

我辈自有凌云志，毅于鲲鹏试比强，我方自有圣贤心，往圣绝学万古长。磨剑数载，初显锋芒；狂风当歌，洗练冰霜。

为明学子，意气风发，年少必有少年狂；

鲜衣怒马，欲上青天揽明月，誓入沧海斗游龙。

雄关漫道真如铁，不待我等从头越。

不过一本线，愧做为明人，六月逐鹿，圣者为王！

另一组获得校长嘉奖的学习小组是来自高三（4）班的闪电小组，组长：李忻蔚，组员：黄天一，吴彦洁，高泽锐，蔡典恒，陶炫伯。

也许他们没有敏慧的思维，但他们有勤苦的精神；

也许他们没有扎实的根基，但他们有向上的坚韧；
